Aura does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Your recordings, notes, and musical analysis all live on your device and nowhere else. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no servers.

All audio is recorded and stored locally in your device's app sandbox. Recordings are never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to any external service. When you delete a recording in Aura, it is permanently removed from your device.

Key detection, scale identification, and vibe classification are performed entirely on-device using local algorithms. No audio data is sent to any server for processing.

Aura requests microphone access solely to record your vocal ideas. The microphone is only active during an active recording session. Audio captured by the microphone is stored locally and is never transmitted.

If enabled, Aura may send local notifications to remind you about unfinished recordings. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device. No notification data is sent to external services.

Aura does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app makes zero network requests.

When you use the Share function to export a recording, you are in full control of where that file goes. Aura itself does not share data with anyone.

Aura does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, no special provisions are necessary.

If this policy is ever updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Since Aura collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
